By accessing or using ToolCraftX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ToolCraftX is a 14-in-1 Arabic AI toolkit providing content generation, translation, voice synthesis, image generation, SEO optimization, subtitle creation, PPT generation, and related services for creators and businesses.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One person per account; sharing accounts is prohibited.

4. Free Tier & Paid Plans

Free tier users receive limited daily generations as specified on our pricing page. Pro, Pro Plus, and Business plans are subject to the limits and features described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ToolCraftX to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Create spam, phishing, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
• Use automated scripts to abuse API or free tier quotas

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is produced by machine learning models. ToolCraftX does not claim ownership of your generated content. However, you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and legality of AI-generated content before use.

7. Intellectual Property

ToolCraftX, its branding, website design, and underlying technology are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our tools.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features.

9. Limitation of Liability

ToolCraftX is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of data, business interruption, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
